RETURN POLICY
At Dynamik, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any parts within 90 days of your order date, provided that the product(s) is in its original packaging and in pristine condition.
Important Note:
If returning headlights, and one side is determined defective, the entire pair or set must be returned together.

EXCEPTION ON RETURNS
Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other costs incurred due to the use of incorrect or defective parts during installation. All return orders may incur a 10% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned product.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us at (909) 348-9809 or email info@dynamikusa.com. Be sure to reference your order number and provide a description of the issue. An email will be sent within 2 business days with the return shipping address and instructions. Please include a copy of your original receipt and the email you receive with your return.
Important:
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All RMAs expire after 30 days from the date of issuance. If the item is not shipped back within 30 days of the RMA being issued, a new RMA must be requested.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will typically be processed within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
