1. Warranty Coverage
DynamikUSA offers a 12-month limited warranty on all products covering manufacturing defects and functional failures. For approved warranty claims, DynamikUSA will replace the defective product with the same item or, if discontinued, a comparable product in performance and value.
2. Claim Process
If you encounter an issue with a product, we will work with you to diagnose the problem. You may be asked to answer troubleshooting questions or assist in the diagnostic process.
If we determine that your product is defective in material or workmanship, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. An RMA number must be obtained before returning any items to us.
3. Shipping Policy
U.S. Customers:
DynamikUSA covers all initial shipping costs for approved warranty claims. Customers will typically use a provided return label to send back defective items before receiving replacements. Only one free return label is issued per order.
4. Exceptions, Limitations, and Stipulations
- Components: If a single component is defective, DynamikUSA may replace only that component.
- Warranty Timing: Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date and is non-transferable. Terms and policies may change without notice.
- Surface Finish: Surface treatments (e.g., UV coatings) may wear over time depending on usage. Regular cleaning and UV protection can extend the product's life. Normal wear on the surface finish is not covered; however, manufacturing defects within the warranty period are addressed.
- Condensation: Some products may experience normal condensation, which is not covered under warranty. If moisture buildup exceeds typical condensation, it may indicate a seal failure. Please provide photographs when submitting such claims.
- Installation and Labor: Our warranty covers the product only, not labor or installation costs. We recommend contacting us before seeking external services for diagnostics.
5. Warranty Voids
Warranty coverage will be voided in the following circumstances:
- Negligence: Improper installation or use not specified by DynamikUSA.
- Abuse: Damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Modifications: Unauthorized alterations, disassembly, or repairs.
6. Product Modifications
Modifying any DynamikUSA product—including, but not limited to, opening components or cutting wires—will void the 12-month warranty. Replacing lenses or altering any factory-assembled components will also void the warranty. We encourage customers to contact our support team before attempting any adjustments.
7. Limitations on Liability
DynamikUSA’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
