Shipping and Returns Policy

At DynamikUSA, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience. Please review the following Shipping and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any part within 90 days of your order date, provided that the product is in its original packaging and in pristine, unused condition.
Important Note:
If returning headlights, and one side is determined to be defective, the entire pair or set must be returned together for evaluation and replacement.

2. Exceptions on Returns
Parts damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, or alteration are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car fees, or other costs incurred due to the use of incorrect or defective parts during installation.
All returned orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned product upon receipt.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

When requesting an RMA, please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. Within 2 business days, you will receive an email with the return shipping address and instructions.
Please include a copy of your original receipt and a copy of the RMA email with your returned package.
Important:
- No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- All RMAs expire 30 days from the date of issuance.
- If the item is not shipped within 30 days, a new RMA must be requested.
4. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will typically be processed within 2–3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
