We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dynamik. This Return and Refund Policy describes our practices and guidelines regarding product returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully. By making a purchase from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs Responsibility for return shipping costs is determined by the reason for the return:

Covered by Dynamik: We will provide and cover the cost of return shipping only if the item received is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (you received the wrong item).

Customer Responsibility: For all other returns, including but not limited to a changed mind or an order error on the buyer's part, the customer is strictly responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of our facility receiving the returned item.
The refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and officially post the refund to your account.
