Order Processing Times We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped on the following business day. Please note our weekend processing schedule: orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday (excluding national holidays).

You will receive a notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all regular-sized items within the continental 48 United States. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3 to 7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: At this time, we do not offer expedited or overnight shipping services.

  • Oversize Items: Certain large, heavy, or oversize items do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for oversize items will be calculated and assessed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Customer Responsibility at Delivery Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure drop-off location and for being available to receive the package at the time of delivery. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking number so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages Dynamik is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or misplaced after the shipping carrier has officially confirmed delivery to the provided address.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Please check around your property, with neighbors, or with your leasing office first.

  2. If the package is still missing, we require you to submit security camera footage or photographic evidence of your front door/porch area covering the time of the confirmed delivery.

  3. This evidence is strictly required so that we can file an official claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Without this footage, we cannot initiate a claim or process a replacement.
